Step 1: Start your upcoming move with a free estimate from Movegreen

Request a free, no obligation estimate and one of our expert move consultant will meet with you in-home or over-the-phone to gather all the necessary details about your move.  This includes understanding the timing of your move, size of your move, inventory of items, special moving/packing needs, and more.  Once we’ve gathered the specifications, our move consultant will provide you with a detailed estimate.

Step 2: Schedule your move with your dedicated move coordinator

When you are ready to book the expert moving team at Movegreen, reach out to your move coordinator to reserve your date.  We assign a move coordinator to every family who will be your go-to point person to answer any questions and help you prepare for your moving day.

Step 3: Move packing and preparation with Movegreen’s eco-friendly resources

If you need eco-friendly boxes and packing supplies, contact your move coordinator and we will have supplies delivered to your door.  If you need assistance in packing, crating, or special handling for heavy or fragile items, allow our moving experts to do the work for you.  Our move coordinator is there every step of the way to make sure that you have the supplies and any assistance you may need in the lead-up to your moving day.

Step 4: It’s move day and your Movegreen expert moving team arrives

Once the Movegreen team arrives, your move day begins with a walkthrough of the day’s plan.  Your moving team will keep you informed of each step of the process so that your expectations are met every step of the way.  Your team will carefully pack your items (if needed) and load them safely and securely on our fully equipped moving trucks.  Shrink wrap, pad wrap, blankets, and other means of padding and protecting your belongings are used to keep your items safe from damage.  If there are any last-minute surprises, such as large item disassembly, your expert team is prepared to tackle any challenge quickly and proficiently.

Step 5: Moving and Unpacking

Once your items are safely loaded into Movegreen’s trucks, they are moved to your new destination and unpacked with speed and care.  Furniture assembly, unpacking, and other last-minute services can be added as needed.

Step 6: Satisfied Customer Follow-Up

Your satisfaction is our priority.  We follow-up after your move to ensure that everything went according to plan.  We pride ourselves on having satisfied customers and are always striving to provide the best service possible for our residential moves.

All local moves are charged by the hour and we don’t start the clock until we arrive at your residence in Southern California.

Movegreen has several local moving packages that can fit any budget. If you want to save a some money, then we’ll just move the big stuff while you take care of the small stuff. We can also provide a full pack and move option if you don’t have the spare time to hassle with your local move. This is our most sought after option as it allows you to not worry about a thing. We handle everything thus relieving you of the stress that comes along with moving.
